Dr. Tanveer Ahmed is a leading Implantologist and dental surgeon in Dubai. After completing his graduation from Bangalore University in India in 2000 he pursued his certificate in implantology from the German Association of Oral Implantology (DGZI) which is the oldest dental implant association in Europe founded in 1970. He started his private practice in 2000 and made Dubai his home in 2004 .After working with multiple health care centers he decided to start New Ivory Dental and Implant Clinic in Business Bay after he fell in love with the area. He has been in private practice since the past 20 years and placed hundreds of implants. He leads and trains his entire team at New Ivory in Business Bay with passion and dedication.

His passion has always been surgery and implants and he strives to achieve the fastest and most convenient implant solutions without sacrificing safety and predictability.

He has also successfully completed a two year clinical program of progressive orthodontic seminars and is a fellow of the International College of Continuing Dental Education (ICCDE). He is also a certified Invisalign provider.

He is one of the few dental practitioners in Dubai who is trained in providing sleep dentistry and treatment solutions for sleep apnea.

He is passionate about improving the lives of people by providing restorative solutions especially through implants including same day implants using the most advanced techniques available today including CAD/CAM dentistry, digital smile design, 3D CBCT scanning technology, advanced bone grafting, sinus lifts, microscope aided dentistry and the amazing CEREC technology which allow same day crowns and implants.

Dr. Tanveer Ahmed is on the panel of “Ask the Expert” on Friday Magazine of Gulf News for two years in a row. He is also been a guest speaker on educational events and trains younger dentists constantly on improving their skills in dentistry.

He enjoys spending time with his wife, two sons and two daughters and enjoys off-roading, reading and fishing.
